GhostrideTheWhipThe act of "ghostin'," "ghostriding," "to ghostride," or most appropriately "ghostriding the whip" involves being a confused, indentity-less teenager who exits a moving vehicle in order to ride on top of it while no one is driving. The "whip" refers to the car, which is usually blaring a hip-hop recording during the process of being ghostridden. Upon re-entering the whip, control of the vehicle is regained, thus averting any major traffic incidents. Ghostriding the whip is an excellent way to assert one's manhood, and thereby gain romantic control over any woman or women one should desire. Like so many other trends, including homosexuality or Web 2.0., this one grew out of the Bay Area in California. This thread has led many users to repeat the phrase "Ghostride the Whip" in situations where it is out of context. Humor/humour has occasionally ensued. |
