Meager armaments will not protect you. Throw away your .22 or use it to put a bullet in your brain. You're gonna need one or more of the following: a shotgun (ideal-the shorter the barrel, the better); a machine gun which topples the rounds, such as an M16 (aim for neck, shoulders, or thighs); a .45 caliber (or greater) handgun (less to carry, but much less effective); one or two swords; an axe (most fun); a baseball bat (can get tedious); and/or dual Power Gloves (most ideal of all, though the game code for the zombie has yet to be discovered).

If military-grade transport is unavailable, a large late-model, rear-wheel drive vehicle such as the Chevrolet Impala/Caprice(pre-1996) or Ford Crown Victoria/LTD/Country Squire is best (police car if possible). A smaller, older 4X4 will do if not as concerned with durable ramming power or low-speed protection. Nay to your newer pussy trucks like the CRV or Highlander; that shit won't hold up. Plus, you get to goin' at a good speed and a zombie darts out, you swerve and that fuckers flippin'. Then your royally screwed. Large V-6 is the absolute minimum engine size. You faggots may love your fart-cannon muffler Civic engines, but try mowing down a crowd with one. Ain't happenin'. Christ, I couldn't go over a speed bump from a stop with my old Geo Prism.
